The National Bank is cooperating with the Drinking Water Company in Menoufia to install prepaid water meters

The National Bank of Egypt and the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater in Menoufia signed a cooperation agreement aimed at financing the bank to install and replace traditional water meters with new prepaid meters at Fawry Dahab Banking Technology and Electronic Payments Company and Khalis Company for Digital Payment Services.

The signing was attended by Yehia Aboul Fotouh, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Egypt, Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, Mohamed Naguib, Chairman and Managing Director of the Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in Menoufia, Hussam Ezz, CEO of the Commercial Sector at Fawry and Moataz Company. This leads to stopping the issuance of paper bills to collect the value of water consumption, which is collected from prepaid electronic meter charging cards.</p></div></p>
