However, this decision bears a law in terms of content, very fundamental issues, which are represented;By opening the door for the exception, through stipulating it in Article 5 of the decision by a law that allows the president alone the right to grant the diplomatic passport, whether it is on behalf of the Council of Ministers or from its own, without setting the decision on the law of any conditions, determinants or criteria to regulate this exception;This text retracted what was in the 2008 organizational regulations, which did not provide for the exception at all, which confined the groups that have such a decoration, which opens the door legally to an unlimited increase in groups or people and not those who have a job that requires them to obtain this advantage, and may becomeAs a matter.
While the most dangerous in this decision by a law appearing in two clauses of Article 6 related to the recovery of the diplomatic passport;The first item for the loss of Palestinian citizenship in light of the absence of a law that regulates Palestinian citizenship itself in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Palestinian Basic Law, and in light of the fear of using this text to strip some people;Especially politically opponents who hold a diplomatic passport, of their nationality with various applications as not present on the "System" computer, as happened with many employees who were referred to retirement without their knowledge.
