Facebook officially announces the return of its platforms to work Apple event.. phones supported by 5G technologies and new equipment

On Monday night, Facebook announced the return of its applications to work after an interruption of about six hours.

The company apologized in a tweet via Twitter to users and business owners, and stated that its employees "worked hard to restore service."

"To the huge community of people and businesses around the world who depend on us: We're sorry. We've worked hard to restore access to our apps and services and are happy to report that they are back online now. Thank you for your patience," she tweeted.

For its part, the "Instagram" platform published a tweet confirming the "slow but sure return" of services.

The platform said in the tweet: "Instagram is returning slowly, but with certainty at the present time. Thank you for dealing with us, and we apologize for the delay."

And the “WhatsApp” application confirmed the return of its services “slowly and cautiously.”

"We apologize to everyone who was unable to use WhatsApp today. We have slowly and carefully started WhatsApp again. Thank you very much for your patience. We will continue to update you as we get more information," the app said in a tweet.

The applications of social networking sites, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram, began to return to work, albeit slowly, after hours of complete interruption.

A global outage in the three application services owned by Facebook caused many users of these platforms to move to Twitter, in addition to the decline in the company's shares and the wealth of its founder, Mark Zuckerberg.

New York Times reporter Shera Frankel tweeted: "It's happening now...Facebook is slowly coming back and the employees who are overseeing misinformation are back in their offices."

Frankel had said in a previous tweet, quoting a company employee, that some workers were unable to enter the building to work on assessing the malfunction because their badges were not working to open the doors.

It was noteworthy that Facebook released its data and updates regarding this flaw via the Twitter platform, and the first statement from the company via Twitter stated: "We realize that some people are having trouble accessing our applications and products. We are working to return things to normal as soon as possible, and we apologize for the No inconvenience."

The New York Times had quoted Facebook as excluding that the problem faced by the site is due to electronic attacks.

While it was not immediately clear what caused the outage, technical security experts pointed to a problem with the Domain Name system as the likely cause. A "domain name" allows web addresses to transport users to their destinations, and a similar outage in cloud services company AkamaiTechnologies Inc last July led to the closure of multiple sites.
