Preparing the Citizen Service Center in Daraa City Council

Daraa Governorate has completed the operations of equipping the Citizen Service Center in the Daraa City Council, and it will be put into service after the completion of the linking work with the central authorities.

Alaa al-Miqdad of the Citizen Service Center Supervising Committee said in a statement to SANA reporter that the center provides services of criminal record, non-employee, civil registry, and city council transactions that are divided into (building permits, practicing a profession, documenting lease contracts, certification of specialization certificates, transactions for obtaining clearance and payment City Council fees and others), pointing out that it has become ready after the completion of the work of supplying computer equipment and the necessary furniture, and it will be put into active service once it is linked with the general registry for workers in the state and the Ministry of Interior.

She added: What distinguishes the Citizen Service Center is the central connection and monitoring of work through a central room in Daraa Governorate, stressing that the program approved in the center enables those wishing to review transactions upon request.

Muhammad al-Taleb, who is responsible for supplying computer and technical equipment for the Citizen Service Center in Daraa City Council, indicated in a similar statement that the center includes an integrated monitoring system, a data exchange network, a barcode reader, a fingerprint, a document management system, a role system, a programmer for training, a server with programming, computers (laptops) and a printer Lasers, cameras, panels, electricity regulators and all work requirements.

The head of the Daraa City Council, Eng. Amin Al-Omari, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the contract for the supply of equipment amounted to 43.5 million Syrian pounds provided by the independent budget of the province.

Daraa governorate has a plan to implement four citizen service centers in Daraa, Azraa and Al-Sanamayn, in addition to a fifth center affiliated to the General Postal Corporation.
