Benmoussa: 70 percent of students face difficulty in reading, writing and mathematics

On the other hand, the government official revealed that the Ministry of National Education intends to connect 1168 educational institutions to the water network, or provide drinking water tanks, link 839 institutions to the electricity network or provide solar energy, link 795 institutions to the external network of sanitation and provide health facilities to 1330 educational institutions,Providing fences and fences for 6467 educational institutions, and the rehabilitation of 1452 educational institutions.
