An expanded meeting to discuss the increase in hotel energy for hotel establishments in Giza

Today, Dr. Khaled Al -Anani, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, received at the Grand Egyptian Museum, Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, where they held an expanded meeting to discuss the increase in hotel energy and the absorptive capacity of hotel facilities in Giza Governorate, especially those in the area surrounding the Grand Egyptian Museum and 6th of October City, in preparation for receptionThe guests of Egypt who will come specifically to visit the museum, whether during its opening celebration or after that.

The meeting was attended by Major General Atef Moftah, the General Supervisor of the Grand Egyptian Museum project and the surrounding area, and Abdel Fattah Al -Assi, Assistant Minister for Control on Hotel Establishments, Mahalla and Tourism Activities, and a number of owners and directors of hotel establishments in Giza Governorate.

The meeting comes within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to increase hotel energy and the capacity of hotel facilities in the area surrounding the museum, which comes in line with the development of the Egyptian state to develop the infrastructure to raise the efficiency of the roads surrounding the Grand Egyptian Museum, and to create the axes of linking new roads linking the museum to other tourist destinationsIn Cairo, such as the castle, historic Cairo, and other tourist areas, in addition to developing the Sphinx Airport.
